Leadership
Lingokids was born from a mission to produce a handcrafted, immersive, engaging, and fun learning experiences for kids.
A commitment to kids is at the center of our 160+ veteran team and wdedicated to help kids around the globe play and learn—for life. Our leadership comes from places like Disney, Mattel, Leapfrog, King, Prodigy, and Boston Consulting Group.

CEO and Founder
Prior to Lingokids, Viedma founded Bluewalks, a mobile solution serving travel enthusiasts and held various management positions in mobile network product research and media distribution. Cristobal holds a B.S. in Computer Science, an M.S. in Engineering, and resides in Madrid.

Suzanne Barchers is former VP of Leapfrog Enterprises; former Managing Editor at Weekly Reader; Award-winning author of 300+ books for educators and children, and has served on the Advisory Boards of PBS and the Association of Educational Publishers.
Ellen A. Wartella, PhD
Professor and Director of the Center of Media and Human Development, Northwestern University
A researcher of media in children’s development, Ellen A. Wartella is the Al-thani Professor of Communication Studies, and Chair of Department of Communication Studies at Northwestern University.
Barbara Gablehouse
Award-winning Pediatrician; Lingokids parenting expert
With 25+ years as a community physician at Peak Pediatrics, Barbara Gablehouse has served as the Chair of Pediatrics at Lutheran Medical Center, was on the Medical Board of Children’s Hospital Denver, and was assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado.
Fernando Valenzuela Migoya
Ed-tech Leader; Lingokids Ed-tech expert
One of Latin America’s most influential leaders in Ed-tech, Fernando Valenzuela Migoya has advised hundreds of Ed-tech companies in 25+ countries. In 2022, he was awarded one of the ‘Top 100 Ed-Tech Leaders in the World’ by Ed-Tech Digest.
