I redeemed my code but I’m not sure if I have Lingokids Plus
No problem! To double-check:
- On the home screen, tap the profile picture in the top left corner
- Tap Parents Area and enter your year of birth
- Tap on Manage Subscription where you’ll see how long your trial is active for and when your paid plan will start
If you don’t see your trial active, make sure you’re logged in with the same email you used to redeem your code. You can confirm this in the Profile section inside the Parents Area.
