Practicing yoga is a great way to add consistent exercise and mindfulness into your child’s routine. Yoga helps children manage their anxiety and learn how to self-regulate their emotions.
Doing yoga with children develops their strength and flexibility, teaches discipline, and supports concentration and memory! Pick a weekday to be your family’s Yoga day. Sticking to your routine of practicing on the same day every week will encourage your tiny human to profit from these benefits.
