The #LearningAtHome Project: UNICEF And Lingokids Join Forces!

When times are tough, we at Lingokids believe that we’re stronger when we work together. The coronavirus has impacted the entire world and we want to do our part in helping families.

Working together with UNICEF Latin America

With schools closing across the globe, countless families are now turning to online resources for their children’s education. In Latin America and the Caribbean alone, it is estimated that more than 159 million children have been affected by the shuttering of schools. According to UNESCO, this represents more than 95% of student enrollment in that region.

It is more important now than ever to ensure that education continues for kids at home during this time. That’s why the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and Lingokids have joined forces to help boys and girls continue learning English at home in a way that’s just as fun as it is effective.

The #LearningAtHome project

We at Lingokids are collaborating with UNICEF on their #LearningAtHome campaign. This campaign aims to help both parents and children teach and learn at home during the pandemic through more fun and interaction.

With educational content like the Lingokids Bubbles Chant, families can improve their English and interact on social media channels by tagging #LearningAtHome. It is our hope that this campaign encourages a global dialogue around the importance of continuing education during this time.

UNICEF and Lingokids share the belief that we’re better when we’re together, even if that means #TogetherAtHome. We all have an important part to play in ensuring our kids’ education during COVID-19. We at Lingokids are proud to play our part by supporting the role of UNICEF in education for all children.

We are happy to help our global family continue learning English through playlearning™ together. If you want to know more about the #LearningAtHome campaign, find more information here!
